Application Process
Before starting, you must determine the type of visa required (tourist, study, work, etc.), as requirements and procedures may vary.
Prepare all necessary documents, including passport, personal photos, financial documents, medical insurance, and proof of purpose of travel.
You can apply for a Spanish Schengen visa by filling out the designated form, communicating via WhatsApp, calling us directly, or visiting our office in person. Our specialist staff will fill out the Spanish Schengen visa application form for you and book a fingerprint appointment. We will also provide you with the appointment, time and address details once your booking is confirmed.
After filling out the form, you must book an appointment to submit the application at the embassy or consulate. Bookings can be made online or by contacting the consular office.
On the day of the appointment, go to the embassy or consulate with all required documents. Be sure to apply in person, as you may be asked for an interview.
When submitting the application, payment of the visa fee will be requested. Make sure you know the amount and the approved payment method.
You must appear in person to give the biometric fingerprint at the agreed upon time at the place where the fingerprint is submitted, and you must arrive at least ten minutes before the agreed upon time.
After submitting the application, the embassy or consulate will begin processing the application. This may take from several days to several weeks.
You will receive a text message with all the developments and stages of your visa. We would like to inform you that our company is not responsible if your visa application is rejected, and we do not provide you with any guarantee, as the decision is always exclusively in the hands of the embassy. The amount cannot be refunded if the application is rejected.
Sometimes the embassy requests to meet the client in person before issuing a Spain Schengen visa. We will inform you of this and arrange the appointment for you. If the embassy does not request to meet you, simply collect your passport with the visa sticker (if accepted) from our office, or we can provide you with a home delivery service.
Once the application is approved, you will receive notification to receive visa. You can collect it in person from the embassy or consulate or by mail, according to established procedures.

- Family card for Saudis if traveling with a wife or children, and it must be translated into English.
- Letter of employment with the job title in English, addressed to the Spanish Embassy, indicating the monthly salary and start date. If the letter is for foreigners residing in the Kingdom, it must state that the employment contract is subject to renewal. If this letter is issued by a private sector, it must be authenticated electronically by the chamber of commerce.
- Proof of financial means by providing a stamped bank statement in English for the last three months for Saudi citizens and the last 6 months for foreigners residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a balance of 10,000 Saudi riyals for each adult, which serves as proof of the ability to cover the costs of travel to Spain.
- Two personal passport-sized photos not older than 6 months, without a shemagh, with a white background, with the head uncovered for men and the face uncovered for women, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm.

The Embassy’s decision may help in issuing a visa for a longer period, if the application is supported by a statement of account with a larger amount and a definition of a larger salary.
